I am actively engaged in the M-PATHS (Multiple PATHogen Serology) project, an initiative aimed at revolutionizing infectious disease diagnostics in India and neighbouring regions. We are developing a diagnostic approach to identify antibodies against more than 25 pathogens simultaneously, utilizing only a small serum sample. 

By optimizing and automating the procedures, our goal is to efficiently analyze data from a substantial Indian population, narrowing down the focus to a manageable subset. Through these endeavours, we aim to establish a more efficient and comprehensive testing approach that will significantly impact the diagnosis and management of infectious diseases in the region.
