I work on understanding the evolutionary arms race between viruses and host immune responses. My work mainly focuses on understanding of the dengue virus diversity and evolution in India and how it is shaped by the presence of large amount of cross-reactive antibodies at the population level. I am also working on studying the long term humoral immune response to SARS-CoV-2 infection/vaccination.

My work is mainly focused on understanding the virus evolution in the presence of immune responses and how immune response evolves overtime after antigen exposure.

Apart from research, I enjoy watching football. I follow most of the European leagues. My other hobbies are reading on history and science.
